Symbiose II – Innovative Facade Greening Without a Ventilation Gap
August 2026: As part of the Symbiose II research project, an innovative facade greening system that can be installed without a ventilation gap is being developed. It combines improved thermal insulation with reliable plant irrigation and sustainable, cost-effective manufacturing. INOCLAD is a partner in the research project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE).
Duisburg Regional and Local Courts
August 2026: INOCLAD is awarded the contract for a modern extension to the Duisburg Local and Regional Courts. The new building complements the listed existing structure and enables additional departments to be consolidated at a single location.
Barmer Campus Wuppertal returns space to nature
June 2025: INOCLAD is awarded the contract for the sustainable renovation of the Barmer Campus in Wuppertal. More than one third of the overall structure will be demolished, while the remaining areas will undergo comprehensive refurbishment.
University of Lübeck: CRIS and ZMSZ
June 2025: INOCLAD is awarded the contract for the atrium facades. The architecture of the buildings reflects the university’s guiding principle by expressing the unity of research and teaching within the institutes through its design.

Institute of Physics at the University of Münster
November 2024: INOCLAD was awarded the contract. Replacement new construction IG1: Institute Building, Lecture Hall Building, and Workshop.
Institute of Computer Science and Mathematics at Goethe University Frankfurt
August 2024: INOCLAD was awarded the contract. The project involves a four-story new building with a gross floor area of 17,145 m². Completion is planned for 2026.
Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences relies on the expertise of INOCLAD
March 2024: INOCLAD is awarded the contract for the A10 Building on Haardtring Avenue in Darmstadt. The project aims at enhancing energy efficiency under the ‚COME Universities‘ program.
