The new construction of a training and education center provides future-oriented spaces for the qualification of skilled professionals as well as the education of young people, with a strong focus on technical, commercial, and IT professions. The building supports lifelong learning and workforce development in a modern educational environment.

Spanning approximately 3,000 m² of façade area, the architecture combines structural solidity with visual transparency. The curtain wall façade gains its subtle three-dimensional character through one-sided sandblasted concrete lamellas, creating a refined and durable exterior appearance. White concrete elements set distinctive architectural accents and integrate the building harmoniously into its urban context.

An open atrium extending across all floors forms the spatial and communicative heart of the building. Together with a generously designed access staircase, it encourages cross-functional communication, interaction, and connectivity between the various training and education areas.
