To blend in with the its built environment, the building is planned as a timber structure. The constructive solar protection of the cantilevered floor slabs allows transparent facades without strong heat input into the rooms behind.

Building in wood hybrid construction that blurs the boundaries between classic office and residential typologies. Wide cantilevered rectangular ceiling panels and recessed facades extend the office spaces to the outside. These spaces offer many possibilities, and can be used flexibly. The virtually CO²-neutral building sets a forward-looking example.
