The stylish building, which houses high-end luxury boutiques and upscale restaurants, is located in the New Cairo district, one of the largest new urban development areas in the world.
There is a shopping center for exclusive watches and various restaurants on the first five floors. The two floors above are designed as exclusive office spaces. The organically shaped outdoor area features open-air lounges and culinary delights.
